The Corona pandemic has been influential on various parts of the industry including construction projects to the point that it has ended up with the temporary closure of some workshops that would certainly have serious consequences on the construction projects. Road building projects are of the most important construction projects due to the country needs for the development of transportation projects, and hence a lot of financial resources are allocated to them. Also Corona virus affects project stakeholders as important factors of project success has been impressive. The present study is aiming at the assessment of the effects of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) prevalence on the road building projects performance. In this research, first the effective criteria on project performance are identified through the use of a questionnaire. The project stakeholders are then extracted through holding brainstorming sessions.
