This study presents the experimental results of the post-temperature performance of the cement mortars containing Silica Fume (SF) and Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS). For this purpose, mortar specimens in which, the cement had been replaced by different pozzolanic materials with the replacement ratio of 7, 14, and 21%, were prepared to carry out the compressive, tensile, and flexural strength tests on them. Additionally, to high temperature the specimens, they were exposed to temperatures of 25, 100, 250, 500, 700, and 900° (with a standard rate of increase in temperature (0.5 to 4 hours)) and when they were cooled off, the strength tests were conducted. Based on the results, the maximum effect of incorporating the SF and GBFS respectively at low (up to 250°C) and high temperatures (500°C and higher), leads to improvement in the compressive, tensile and flexural strengths by 73 and 180%, 45 and 100% and finally, 106 and 112%, respectively. Moreover, as the temperature elevates, the results of the X-Ray Diffraction analysis indicated that the particles shrink less in size. Furthermore, the inclusion of the SF and GBFS has increased the minerals content by nearly 2.5 and 3 times greater than that of the control specimen which was reduced as per the increase in temperature.
