Abstract

The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical using spss software. In order to assess the attitude of managers and officials towards building violations, four theoretical, personal, social, economic and managerial aspects of factors affecting building violations were considered and the attitude of managers and officials towards each of the factors was considered. occupation, ownership and education were analyzed as the influencing variables on attitude. They make a meaningful difference to building violations Ray exists in this area, but there was no relationship between gender and individual economic factors and social factors and there is a meaningful relationship management. Also, among the variables of respondents' education, it was observed that differences in education do not lead to differences in attitudes about the factors affecting building violations, and there is almost a collective agreement between diploma and doctoral education, and the differences in respondent's education did not change their attitudes towards building violations. Is. There was a significant relationship between occupational class variables and factors affecting construction violations in the four dimensions of the study. Only the social factors were significant and confirmed the hypothesis in this dimension. Therefore, there has been a similar attitude between the attitude of the village to the managers and employees in the individual, economic and managerial dimensions, and they have confirmed the social dimension of the occurrence of abuse. Therefore, the social aspect between managers' views is one of the most important factors in building violations
