Abstract

The transfer of new manufacturing technologies in construction projects is a complex issue and due to the role of this industry in GDP, job creation and gaining a sustainable competitive advantage, its contribution to economic growth is significant and provides the basic infrastructure for other sectors of the economy. The acceptance of technology transfer in recent decades has led to the interaction and cooperation of companies with each other, which can provide opportunities for knowledge sharing, learning and transfer of new technologies. However, the growing body of research literature shows that the focus of existing studies on technology transfer is only within the company and there is a deep research gap in providing a model of entrepreneurial technology transfer between companies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a model for the transfer of new manufacturing technologies in construction projects with an entrepreneurial approach. The statistical population consists of experimental and academic experts selected by purposive sampling method and the data collection process performed using in-depth interviews with 18 experts. The extracted concepts analyzed in three steps of open, axial and selective coding, and finally, by extracting, combining and combining the concepts and their classification, a paradigmatic model of the research presented.
