Abstract

Air pollution is one of the negative effects of transport on the environment and human health. among the various modes of transport, road transport has the most destructive effect. This transportation style has many benefits such as Extensive communication network, availability and also, to be door to door. that cause Share over 90% Among other transportation methods. Hence, providing solutions to reduce its destructive effects can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, human health and the environment. Designers in designing Roads to select the best route factors such as Maximum slope, arc radius, maximum heights cut and fills etc. is considered as advantage. In this research, by applying effective factors On three factors Vehicle (aerodynamics, weight, speed and type of tires), design criteria (slope, pavement type) and environmental factors (temperature and pressure) Fuel consumption and pollutant emissions are calculated in different slope compositions and the result was that Combine slopes in the selected path as introduced as a project line It also has an impact on the amount of fuel consumed and the emission of airborne pollutants. Therefore, this method can be used as a way to select the best project line among available options in a way that have Lowest fuel consumption and pollutant emissions
