Abstract

One of the most useful and significant method of the project management for integrating project scope, schedule and cost is EVM which is expanded in this research by considering the quality as the third and significant angle of project triangle. Proposed new criteria combine EVM, risk management and quality management to accomplish the goals of project integration management. Variability and uncertainty are the undeniable facts of all real project activities that are contemplated by the risk analysis. For this purpose, some control indexes and cumulative buffers are defined by two distinctive method and are implemented in a project with effect assessment of variables on each other. Schematic presentation of new model implementation results has illustrated the addition of the quality indicator causes better circumstances analysis and monitoring by providing more correct information. So, the project managers could comprehensively monitor the important factors status to make more informed decisions, while maintaining the simplicity.
