The fiber self-compacting concrete is, in fact, a compound that changes all-new reinforced concrete properties of self-compacting concrete using reinforcing fibers within the concrete. This change shall not be such as to dismiss the rheological behavior of the self-compacting concrete, beyond the standard limits. To investigate these changes, 10 mixing designs were evaluated, one design as control and 9 designs including 0.1, 0.15 and 0.2% steel, glass and polypropylene fibers. The rheological behavior of self-compacting concrete was investigated using a rheometer and traditional tests to determine the properties of fresh concrete such as slump flow test, L box, U box, J loop, V hopper flow time and compressive strength, tensile strength and electrical resistance in hardened concrete and finally, the results were compared with each other. The results show that as the fiber rheological behavior increases, the dynamic and static yield stresses, viscosity of dough and concrete concentration increase and 0.2% of steel fiber has the best performance in tensile strength. In compressive strength with increasing fiber content, these properties decreased and in the case of electrical resistance, self-compacting concrete with 0.2% polypropylene fibers has the best function.
